Who are we?
TL Satori Design are a Gold Coast based professional and independent Interior Electrical Home Design consultancy service that provides personal advice to the new home owners/renovators.
What do we do?
We are offering and specialize in a service where we have developed a process that will facilitate and accommodate to the clients need and requirement for a time effective and informative consultation that will exclusively focus on the placements and positioning of the provision points for lights/fans, power points and switches etc.
What's the benefit?
The electrical design layout will provide the builder/electrician and the client with a plan that is not only practical, convenient, esthetical, energy efficient but also adds value, lowers ongoing costs and could potentially be of a future financial benefit. It could furthermore facilitate with the communication and relationship between builder/electrician and the client.
Product selection should be considered a separate process and should be an exciting and enjoyable experience, but can unfortunately turn into a stressful, time consuming and decision intensive task. Being prepared with an electrical design layout prior to the product selection, whether it’s with the builder/electrician or any other party will facilitate this process and give the client time and freedom to enjoy the selection of their products in a more relaxed and deliberate fashion.
Why a customized electrical layout?
With 6 years’ experience and about 1500 designs as an Interior Electrical Home Design Consultant for one of the biggest builder in Australia I have yet to come across two similar layouts of the same house design, which goes to show that the requirements for one client is different from someone else's.
Whether you decide to renovate or build a new house which can be a very exciting prospect, most people will find that they get so consumed by the house design and project management aspects of their new home that crucial elements, such as its electrical requirements, can be overlooked. If you get these wrong, the consequences facing your home can range from mere inconvenience, right through to major health and safety risks, etc. And should you consider modifications, having outlets professionally moved or added at a later stage can be a very expensive venture.
Not enough light in the kitchen (most common).
Not enough power points in the: kitchen, laundry, bedroom, bathroom, living room, garage etc
Power saving by design.
Why single power points?
The logic regarding the locations of the light switches.
Wished they had some ceiling fans.
